Army costumes popularity has been recently resurrected due to army-themed movies and animations. And it seems that this trend will stay longer.

Army costume has three major elements; the headgear, footwear and the uniform itself.

Headgear is the most important accent of army costumes. It may dress up or dress down the whole ensemble. It can also give a military touch to any casual and simple fashion set up. Army shoes or combat boots gives a distinctive army touch to any costume. These are heavy, calf-high leather boots that has fatigue details. To create perfect military illusion; one must clean and polish these shoes the military way.

The Army uniform is a two-piece ensemble that comes with either fatigue or camouflage designs. The pants usually have oversize pockets on the side and are usually loose fitting. The top can either be a jacket, short sleeves polo, t-shirt or tanks top that comes in distinctive fatigue or camouflage.

It is always fun to dress up but you must also be responsible while doing so; especially when you are using army inspired costumes. Always remember that these costumes resemble the uniform of highly dignified people; so don’t forget to give respect.
